New for 2026, Best of Bantam will feature classic Jeeps only. This curated showcase will take place near the Jeep History Exhibit, creating a true walk-through of Jeep history. More specific location details will be announced closer to the event — stay tuned.

Have a newer Jeep you’re proud to show off? We’ve got you covered. The Bantam Show ’n Shine is making its comeback in 2026 and will be held in the former Best of Bantam field, giving modern builds their own dedicated spotlight once again.

Classes and Trophies:

Class 1: Bantam Jeep and Bantam Trailer (1 winner each)

Class 2: Military Jeep MA/MB/GP/GPW (1st and 2nd place stock and modified)

Class 3: Military Jeep: m38/m38A1/700 series trucks (1st and 2nd place stock and modified)

Class 4: CJ-2A/3A (1st and 2nd place stock and modified)

Class 5: CJ-2B/3B/DJ (1st and 2nd place stock and modified)

Class 6: CJ-5 (1st and 2nd place stock and modified)

Class 7: CJ-6/7/8: (1st and 2nd place stock and modified)

Class 8: FC Trucks/Willys Pickup/J-Series Truck/Comanche/Wagoneers (1st and 2nd place stock and modified)

Plus: A special trophy will be awarded for Best Encampment Jeep.

Stock vs. Modified — Know Before You Register

Stock:
Original-style frames, bodies, powertrains, and drivetrains. Replacement parts must match factory style. Period-correct accessories (gun racks, compasses, pipe holders) are not considered modifications. Up to two changes are allowed (wheels, tires, bumpers).

Modified:
Three or more changes from factory configuration, including lifts, larger tires, aftermarket wheels, modern lighting, updated interiors, bumpers, winches, and other non-factory components.
